Price All prices quoted are ex VAT and delivery. Payment terms and Method A 50% deposit is required after approval of artwork and 50% completion on or before day of delivery. Payment can be made by: i) Cheque ii) Electronic Transfer Shortages, Defects & Breakage's All shortages, defects and breakages should be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. Gifted will not entertain any claims or be held responsible for any shortages, breakages and defected products notified after this time. Any returns within this time will have to be authorised by Gifted before being returned. Title & Ownership The ownership of any goods supplied remains the property of Gifted until paid in full. Dispatch Dates & Deliveries Due to the nature of the types of product and the manufacturing process involved, Gifted reserves the right to deliver within 2 weeks of any specified delivery date furthermore we reserve the right to make partial shipments. However, please be rest assured that every effort will be made to meet requirements. Cancellations Orders can ONLY be cancelled or varied by prior written agreement. Cancellation of any special orders will result in loss of refund of any deposits paid. We reserve the right to invoice canceled or returned goods at our discretion. About T&C We reserve the right to review these conditions without proper notice. Gifted’s Standard Terms of Business apply to all sales and will prevail over any different terms or conditions issued by the Purchaser, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
